Your agreement with VybeOS

By using VybeOS you agree to these terms. If you use VybeOS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company and your use will comply with its policies.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated when feasible.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you are under a corporate Single Sign-On or invited account, your organization may control access and data retention.

Do not misuse VybeOS or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or rate limits.

You will comply with applicable laws, including advertising platform policies, export controls, and data protection requirements relevant to your use.

On the marketing site we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot to understand performance and respond to inquiries.

In the product you may connect Meta Business, YouTube, and TikTok accounts. We request only the scopes needed to read audience and performance insights; we do not receive your passwords and will not post without your direction.

You can disconnect or revoke platform access at any time in VybeOS or within each platform’s settings, which invalidates our access tokens.

You retain rights to your inputs (brand assets, data, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

VybeOS (and its models, UI, and documentation) remains our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use VybeOS during your subscription or permitted access period.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy notice at /privacy. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly so we can investigate and mitigate.

VybeOS may evolve over time. We may add or remove features, and occasional downtime can occur for maintenance or platform dependencies.

Support channels and SLAs (if any) are provided via your plan or separate agreement.

VybeOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or your use of VybeOS is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using VybeOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal compliance, or platform abuse.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g., IP ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
